Certain allegations been made by the Special Public Prosecutor appointed by the State to conduct Special S.C.No.22 of 2022 and prayed to appoint named Advocate to conduct the trial.

2. Since allegations are made against the Public Prosecutor who is conducting the case, it is necessary that the said Advocate must be arrayed as respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file amendment petition include the Public Prosecutor as a respondent.
