This Application has been filed seeking to produce two additional documents namely, the Sale Deed dated 07.07.1958 and the Ratification Deed dated 10.10.1966.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said Application, it had been stated that these two documents are extremely vital and important relating to the title of the properties. It is also stated that they are required to establish the title.

3.However, it is seen that the applicant has filed copies of the documents. Let originals be produced and the copies may be compared with the originals and thereafter, the copies can be taken on record. The petitioner should also be prepared to produce the originals, whenever it is required and if any further comparison is required with the xerox copies. 4.This Application stands allowed.
