J U D G M E N T

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Appeal has been filed as against the dismissal order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3623 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022.

2. The writ petition has been filed as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent directing the 3rd to 9th respondents to transfer all the Deputy Inspectors of School/petitioners. This Court, referring to the

similar dismissal order passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD).Nos.429 of 2022 batch, dismissed the said writ petition. Hence, the present Appeal.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would state that in similar writ petition, as against the dismissal order passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court, the persons aggrieved, filed an appeal before the Madurai Bench and the appeal was considered and orders were passed. Therefore, based on the said order, these appellants gave representations to the authorities and the same was also considered.

4. In view of the above, no order is necessary in this writ appeal. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Writ Appeal is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
