Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records of the impugned order published in website and issued on 06.03.2015 by the 2nd respondent in Application ID 2015/0204/03/004108 rejecting the application to issue community certificate to the petitioner's son Katheer Muhammad and quash the same thereby direct the respondents to issue the community certificate as the petitioner's son Katheer Mohammed belong to Hindu Adi Dravidar community within a period as fixed by this Court.

petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:- " The community certificate has been issued on 04.03.2016.

So that writ petition becomes infructuous"

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
