This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.755/2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, F3 Police Station, in Nungambakkam to delete the name of the accused 7 and 8 and their company name.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that already there was a civil suit pending between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. In the said suit, they have amicably settled the issues and FIR is also closed as mistake of fact.
