(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, Kanishkha, aged 15 years bodily or in person before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue, namely, Kanishkha has been produced before this Court by the Police. The mother of the detenue is also present. The detenue, a minor has expressed her willingness to go with her mother / petitioner herein.
3. Recording her statement and also finding that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
