The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to transfer the patta to the petitioner by considering his application dated 09.11.2021 and last reminder dated 06.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
