ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10636 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13038 of 2025 in Cr.No.95 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, D4, Zam Bazaar Police Station,Chennai
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 01.08.2025.
3. In view of the fact that charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10636 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13038 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
