Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent dated 21.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to dispose off the revision preferred before the first respondent dated 25.01.2016, in a time bound manner.

ORDER
The writ petitioner was working as a Cashier in a Cooperative Credit Society and on account of certain allegations disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the writ petitioner and after conducting domestic enquiry, the writ petitioner was terminated from service by the order of the second respondent dated 21.01.2016.
2.Challenging the order of termination, the writ petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
preferred a revision petition before the first respondent under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. The revision petition is yet to be considered and the writ petitioner, being under termination is unable to survive and therefore moved this Court for the earlier disposal of the revision petition by the first respondent.
3.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by providing an opportunity to all the parties concerned.
