ORDER

This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum. However, while drafting the order, at Paragraph No.7, there is a reference that petitioner to deposit the money and produce the proof of payment of deposit to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate. Since there is no order to deposit money, the said proof of payment of deposit does not arise. Hence, the phrase " on proof of payment of deposit" in 8 th line of Para No.7 of the order dated 02.06.2025 in CrL.O.P.No.12659 of 2025 to be deleted.

2. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes.
