Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Notification of the 2nd respondent in Notification No.01/2016 and quash the same insofar as recruitment to the post of Assistant Inspector of Sericulture is concerned and to direct the respondents to follow the ratio of 2:1 for promotion and direct recruitment in the present recruitment to the post of Assistant Inspector of Sericulture pursuant to the said Notification and refrain from filling up 2/3rd of the total number of 43 vacancies by direct recruitment and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider promoting the petitioners with reference to their eligibility and seniority and pass appropriate orders.
