2. The learned Government Advocate based on written instructions would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 10 of the Act has already been rejected.

3. That being the factum, the cause do not exist and therefore the Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
