O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2019.

2. Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. Despite several adjournments, either the petitioner or his counsel are not appeared before this court for the purpose of submitting the case of the petitioner.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that in respect of the complaint alleged to be given by the petitioner dated 03.10.2019, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry in CSR.No.1600 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 05.11.2020. of now, no complaint is pending on the file of the second respondent police as alleged by the petitioner

4. Hence in view of the said submission, in the absence of any complaint as well as in the absence of any representation made by the petitioner, this court cannot pass any positive direction to the respondents police to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. For the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
