These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para 8(c) in Crl.O.P.Nos.16712 and 16713 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that though the petitioner is reporting before the respondent police daily, he is not disclosing the details required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

3. The case relates to child pornography, and while granting bail, this Court had specifically recorded that the accused/petitioners should co-operate with the investigation by surrendering their mobile phones and other electronic gadgets. However, it is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners have not surrendering their mobile phone and electronic gadgets.

4. Recording the same, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. It is open to the respondent Police to move an appropriate application for cancellation of bail if the petitioners do not comply with the bail conditions.
