Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel for the petitioners ; learned Mr.Fakkir Mohideen, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioners seek for implementation of the order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Krishnagiri dated 11.09.2015. By the said order, the authority has directed to regularise the services of the petitioners. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Board submits that the respondent/Board is taking steps to challenge the order passed by the Inspector of Labour dated 11.09.2015. In any event, the petitioners should know as to whether the respondents are inclined to implement the order or are desirous of challenging the same and the said aspect of the matter has to be made known to the petitioners. However, it appears that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 07.01.2016 to the 3rd respondent.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 07.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
