O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 13.08.2024 passed in CMP.No.2744 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani in CC.No.186 of 2022, thereby allowing the petition filed under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. by the first respondent. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that originally there were three accused in CC.No.186 of 2022. After examination of prosecution witnesses, the first respondent filed petition to implead accused 4 to 8 since there are specific allegations against them. On perusal of records, it is revealed that PW1 to 3 categorically deposed about the specific overt act of accused 4 to 8. Hence, the trial court rightly allowed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order.

In view of the above discussion, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within the period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with and they shall be

represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. The petitioners shall be present before the Court below at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment.
