C.M.P.No.19053 of 2022 in S.A.No.618 of 2007 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to receive the following documents viz.

(i) The certified copy of the Settlement deed in Doc.No.4061/2011 dated 09.08.2011 executed by the 2nd Respondent herein as to suit property. (ii) The three original land revenue receipts (Kanthaya receipts) issued in the name of the Petitioner in respect of the said suit property in S.F.No.477/2 dated 20.08.2015 01.02.2016 and 05.03.2018.

(iii) The certified copy of the certificate dated 11.03.2016 issued by the Sub Registrar Bhavani obtained under RTI act in respect of the guideline value of the suit property and produced as document by the 1st Respondent herein in the suit filed by my husband in O.S.No.127/20003 on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani.

2. The respondent's counsel has no objection to this petition being ordered and accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for and the documents received on file. The documents are marked as Ex.B.14 to Ex.B.18.
