Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the G.O.Ms.199 dated 07.12.2011 upgrading the Panchayat Union Middle School, Sanimedu as Government High School, Sanimedu and thereby construct the said school in Sanimedu Village, as per the allocation of fund in G.O.Ms.198 dated 01.12.2015 and forbear the respondents from shifting the existing Government High School, Sanimedu to any other place including Aariyur Village, Villupuram Taluk.
