The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.457 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(h) and 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case in Crime No.457 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(h) and 4(1A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) opposed this petition, on the ground that, petitioner was in possession of substantial ID arrack, transported from Karnataka. He further contended that, petitioner has one previous case pending against him. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

4. In view of the circumstances stated, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
