This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed petitioner as the legal representative of the deceased 1st petitioner in the revision petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent, who is none other than the wife of the deceased Ramasamy Gounder, was died and her legal heirs have already been brought on record.
3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
