This petition is filed by the petitioner to permit her to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/- and direct the office to return back the abovesaid amount deposited by the respondent into the credit of M.P.No.578 of 2021 in M.C.No.187 of 2021 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a maintenance case in MC.No.187 of 2021 against the respondent herein, who is her only daughter; in the said maintenance case, the respondent was directed to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.10,000/- every month as interim maintenance in M.P.No.578 of 2021. Against the said order, the respondent filed the present Criminal Revision Case along with Crl.M.P.No.4279 of 2022 for staying the order passed in MP.No.578 of 2021, wherein, an order of interim stay was granted on condition that the respondent shall deposit the pending arrears amount of Rs.70,000/- to the credit of M.P.No.578 of 2021 in MC.No.187 of 2021. Accordingly, the said amount was deposited by the respondent herein before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who has no objection to withdraw the amount.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/- deposited by the respondent to the credit of M.P.No.578 of 2021 in M.C.No.187 of 2021 on the file of II Additional Family Court.

5. The petition is allowed accordingly.
