This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days for filing the Crl.R.C.Sr.No.45885 of 2025 against the judgement in Crl.A.No.95 of 2024 dated 06.02.2025 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of cases registered under SC/ST POA Act, Namakkal confirming the judgement in C.C.No.404 of 2018 dated 06.02.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
