O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police, Vellore, Vellore District in Crime No.264 of 2016 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.264 of 2016 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the concern jurisdictional Magistrate, Sholinghur, Vellore District, after serving the RCS Notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the RCS Notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
