Crl.M.P.No.17565 of 2022 Crl.MP.No.17565 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23089 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23089 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2022 within a period of four weeks. He would submit that the petitioner is aged about 86 years and he is making arrangements for collecting the money. Now, the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2022 within a period of one week from today and the balance sum of Rs.3,00,000/- will be deposited within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2022 within a period of one week from today and the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of Rs.3 Lakhs. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension will be granted.
