ORDER

The petitioner/State had preferred the above appeal with a delay of 65 days against the acquittal of the respondent in Spl.C.C.No.02 of 2019 dated 27.03.2025. Notice was ordered to the respondent for filing her objections, if any, in condone delay petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the delay has occurred due to the procedure and getting permission from various authorities from the office of Public Prosecutor to the Secretary. Hence, it took some time. It is only an administrative delay and nothing more.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has got objections for condoning the delay. However, the respondent may be permitted to raise all her points at the time of admission.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
