Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to include the petitioner's name in the list of Junior Assistants fit for promotion as Assistants drawn for the year 2004-2005 in the appropriate place with due seniority and promote the petitioner as Assistant with effect from 29.07.2005, the date of promotion of immediate junior and consequently direct the respondent herein to include the petitioner's name in the list of Assistants fit for promotion as Superintendents drawn for the year 2012-2013 in the appropriate place with due seniority and promote the petitioner as Superintendent with effect from the date of promotion of immediate junior with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
