Crl.M.P.No.17005 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17005 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24489 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24489 of 2022 by order dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Jayankondam.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24489 of 2022 by an order dated 11.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Jayankondam on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
