ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2022 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner seeks for regularisation of the period of his suspension and dismissal on the ground that a criminal case filed against him under the Prevention of Corruption Act, has ended in acquittal by the order of this Court, dated 22.03.2011 in Crl.A.No.1495 of 2003.
3. The petitioner had given a representation dated 16.04.2022 seeking to regularise the period of his suspension and dismissal. Since the said representation has not yet been considered till date, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Therefore, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the said representation dated 16.04.2022 requesting for 2 / 4
regularisation of his period of suspension and dismissal, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
