ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 15.07.2024 given by the petitioner to the first respondent within a reasonable time frame for taking necessary action under Sections 78, 79 and 80 of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 against the second respondent herein.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
