This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 290 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.John J. Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.N.Subramaniyan, learned counsel for the respondent.

Though it is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 290 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
