ORDER
This writ petition is being disposed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, in the light of the subsequent development and in the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, an amount of Rs.25,000/- has already been paid by the officers who are in-charge and responsible for the delay in furnishing the requirement of the petitioner.
2.Considering the above, this writ petition stands closed. The respondents are directed not to make any adverse remark in service records of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
