rna condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.20802 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
