This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the Central Bureau of Investigation represented by its Joint Director, III Floor, E.V.K.Sampath Building, College Road, Chennai - 600 006 as the 10th respondent in the above H.C.P.No.2396 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The prayer sought for in this petition, namely, to implead the Central Bureau of Investigation as a party respondent in the above Habeas Corpus Petition, does not arise for consideration within the narrow confines of Habeas Corpus proceedings. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
