By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his application dated 10.06.2024 seeking survey of property comprised in S.No.77/6 with an extent of 8 cents situated at No.138, Pa.Killanur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property and recognising his possession, Natham Nilavarithitta Thuya Patta was issued in favour of the petitioner by Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar, Ulundurpet on 18.04.2023. The petitioner submitted an online application on 10.06.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is 2/5

taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
