This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 18969 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the fact that charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.
