This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 12.09.2023 to modify or rectify the Doc. No.39/2016 dated 06.01.2016 in the seller and purchaser column as plaintiff and defendant.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
