This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner, who is arrayed as 4th accused in Crime No.286 of 2025. The case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 329(4), 296(b) and 103 of BNS, 2023, 1/4

According to the prosecution, the petitioner was involved in the murder of one Ravi, allegedly arising out of a business rivalry, a prior quarrel between the deceased and the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases of a serious nature pending against him. He further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner released on bail at this juncture, there is possibility of threatening the witnesses. 4.

Considering the serious nature of allegations, the stage of investigation and the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
