O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2017. When the Revision Petition came up for first hearing on 14.07.2017, this Court passed the following order:- " Notice of motion returnable in two weeks.

Private notice is also permitted."

After four years, i.e. on 11.08.2021, the Revision Petition was listed on 11.08.2021, on which date, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, and therefore, the Revision Petition was directed to be listed on 02.09.2021 (i.e. today).

3. Even today, when the Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. The Revision Petition was pending from 2017 onwards, and the learned counsel for the revision 2/4

petitioner has not taken any steps to get the matter listed. Thus, it appears that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
