O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider his online application in Application No.2023/0105/01/481257 dated 17.03.2023 seeking sub-division of the property situated in Survey No.238/1A1A at Eraiyamangalam Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and Tiruvallur District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deed dated 04.01.2023 and thereafter, she submitted an online application on 17.03.2023 seeking sub-division and issue of separate patta in respect of the property covered by the sale deed. The same has not been considered. Hence, she is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submits that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.03.2023 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties if any.
