Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in ID No.60/2001 and quash its award dated 17.02.2003.

2. In a case with similar prayer, this Court has passed an order in W.P.No.5616 of 2004 dated 05.01.2012, wherein it was stated that the employer and employees arrived at a settlement and Memorandum of Settlement reached under Section 18 of the Industrial Disputes Act was also produced by the Management. Recording the said statement of the Management, this court has dismissed the writ petition as infructuous.
