ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in Crime No.184 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tambaram, Chengalpattu District as expeditiously as possible within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.184 of 2022 on 30.03.2022, no charge sheet has been filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a charge sheet within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
