ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 108 and 351(2)of BNS Act, 2023 ( 294(b), 341, 306 and 506(i) of IPC) in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that only petition enquiry is pending and if the petitioners participate in the enquiry, the respondent police will proceed based on the outcome of the enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the petition enquiry within a period

of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and co-operate with the enquiry.
