ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to transfer the investigation which is pending on the file of 3rd respondent in Crime No.128 of 2017 to CRIME BRANCH CRIME INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT (CB CID) for investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that viscera report is still to be obtained and major part of investigation has been completed.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.In view of the above discussion, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed on the above terms. Consequently, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
