2. On being satisfied with the reasoning given in the petition and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 03.09.2019, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of 1 week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 03.09.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23788 of 2019, shall remain intact.
