Seeking promotion on par with his juniors, the petitioner made a representation dated 14.09.2012, followed by reminders dated 10.09.2015 and 22.01.2016, to the respondents 1 to 3. On its non-consideration, he has filed the present writ petition.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner as stated above, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the above said representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a fresh representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
