Ka. No. 100/2022/A2 dated 17.09.2022, quash the same and direct the Respondents to renew the lease for a further period of 3 years by enhancing over and above 10% of the previous lease amount or the enhanced amount fixed by the Respondents of the previous lease amount, i.e., Rs. 13,89,600/- or alternatively to permit the 1/4

When it was pointed out by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner has earlier filed the Writ Petition in W.P. No. 27662 of 2022, which was unconditionally withdrawn, he cannot re-agitate the same matter, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.
