This application has been filed by the applicants / defendants 1 to 3, 7 and 8 for rejection of the plaint.

2.On perusal of the entire application, factual aspects ought to be projected for rejection of plaint. When no grounds are available for rejection and as such, the Suit can be rejected only on the grounds set out under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. Whereas the factual aspects can be decided only at the time of trial. All the factual aspects ought to be projected for rejection of plaint cannot be sustained in the eyes of law. I do not find any merit in this application and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
