ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"May be permitted to withdraw the same as not pressed with a liberty to raise and contend all my objections known to law before the DRT, Coimbatore while the petitioner is invoking Section 17 of the SURFAESI Act. Much obliged."
