The civil revision petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 17.02.2017 passed in I.A.No.1172 of 2016 in O.S.No.38 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Attur, thereby allowing the petition seeking amendment in the written statement.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submitted that now, the suit is posted for arguments. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the orders passed by the Court below.
