This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19893 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall continue to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks/14 days and thereafter, once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
